Lgs. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and/or integrations) for the sole purpose of carrying out operations linked to this Festival and other activities conducted by the Association. Data supplied by participants will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties, with the exception of staff appointed by the organizers, of associated companies and/or of external companies in charge of the activities necessary for the aforementioned purposes. Data will be processed using tools that guarantee security and privacy, including automatic tools. Pursuant to article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, participants will be permitted to exercise their rights such as accessing their data and demanding their modification or cancellation. In case of requests for cancellation, that is of objection to the processing and use of such data, the Association reserves the right to exclude the subject from activities connected with the Association, for the purpose of carrying out operations connected with the competition. Participants may receive information/communications relating to the More Than Zero Festival and to activities connected with it, including mobile text messages and e-mails. By signing the entry form every artist or any other category of participant thereby authorises the festival Organisers and their internal staff to process their personal data, both manually and automatically, in compliance with the basic rules set forth by Italian law, D. Lgs. 196/03, for the purposes of: publicizing and promoting submitted projects and works; forwarding any publicity material concerning commercial proposals the Organisers receive; publicizing the festival, also abroad.
