Cellular content comapny Chooz Active Content was awarded Best Interactive Format in the first Made For Mobile contest, held under the auspices of the MILIA 2005 / MIPTV 2005 conferences in Cannes in last week.

A"Who Kidnapped Rachel B.?" is a 30-episode WAP drama series which offers mobile users a combination of a thriller and an interactive detective game. The users follow a daily detective story. Everyday they read the chapter, play the interactive game and earn points. The game offers the user the possibility to interact with the suspects and interrogate them. The best detective (with the highest score) wins a grand prize. This product utilizes a wide array of protocols (WAP, MMS, SMS, Video, and IVR).
In Israel, “Who Kidnapped Rachel B.?” has also been adapted for use by Orange under the name “Who Kidnapped Meital Shirazy?” and by Pele-Phone, under the name “Where Did Liron Dahan Disappear To?”. Other cellular content offered by Chooz includes comic strip "Girlz", and astrological magazine "Zodiac." The company is also developing original video content for 3G cellular, and has established what it calls a "cellular studio" to that end.
